During the planning and design process, it is imperative that blueprints, the scope of work, and surveys are all in alignment with the expectations and requirements of the building department. We ensure that those requirements are confirmed by the city/county, as well as ensure that all work product is in line with their requests. This eliminates those last minute surprise requests that stall projects before they can even begin.
