In addition to providing a standard takeoff, we utilize your actual vendors, subs, and suppliers to generate estimates, gathering actionable estimates to lock in costs and timelines. This mitigates risk of underbidding or missing details, and allows you to confidently set expectations to your customer.

Project Estimating - Accurate, Fast Turnaround Time, and Actionable Estimates.

Our process is not unique, but it is consistent. Each estimate is generated by first creating a takeoff and complete SOW for each trade. This is where having an experience PM and estimator comes in - We identify what information we are missing, areas of concern, and can gather additional information in person during a site walk.

We then create RFQ’s (Request for Quote) for each portion of the scope, and send them to your provided subs, vendors, and suppliers. These numbers are based on your actual costs, with who you do business with. This turns in to an actionable work order, with accurate timelines and cost estimates signed off on by the vendor.

All this amounts to substantial risk mitigation for the contractor, while delivering a timely and accurate estimate to your customer.
