You can still be as hands on as you wish, or we can turnkey the process for you. Our Services Include:
Initial Sales Support - We will provide assistance in the sales process by working with the customer directly or in conjunction with your team. This will involve discussing the project, asking questions, and generating excitement and confidence with the customer. We can answer construction related questions such as lead times, how certain aspects will be completed, and material considerations. This is either as the sole sales representative for your business, or assisting your current representative(s).
Project Planning - We will serve as a member of your team, gathering pertinent information for the project. We will work directly with your customer on your behalf through the details of the project, determining their wants, needs, and budget. We will then review current site conditions and surveys, and develop a Scope of Work (SOW) based on all of that information. This will include design ideas, material selections, requirements such as utility information, as well as budget feasibility.
Cost Estimating - Based on our SOW, we will then create an estimated cost for this project. We will utilize your actual vendor’s costs by working with them directly to obtain accurate quotes. Each RFQ (Request for Quote) and Work Order will be issued to and signed by each vendor ensuring no surprise change orders, or disagreements in scope. Additionally, material quotes will be obtained from your chosen vendors in order to develop material lists and budgets. All of this information will be compiled into a job accounting sheet, allowing for accurate proposals to be sent to your customer, and budgets to be developed for each stage of the project.
Sales Closing Support - Upon completion of the proposal, our team will assist in closing the sale either directly with the customer or in conjunction with your team. Having spent time working through the project scope and building rapport with the customer, the sale began long before this phase of the process. However, our experience in bringing a deal to the finish line will substantially increase close rates on these leads.
